New Orleans, Da Soul of America Tour 2021

Da Soul of America is FA-MLI’s annual excursion to the Greater New Orleans area. The 2021 tour, October 20–26, was based at the Victorian-era Hubbard Mansion on St. Charles Avenue.
Both a fundraiser and an educational immersion in the city known as the birthplace of jazz, the tour pays homage to the experiences and contributions of people of African descent in New Orleans, with dining at legendary spots such as Dooky Chase and Commander’s Palace.
