Walk the Talk 2024: Celebrating Skid Row

FA-MLI partnered with the Los Angeles Poverty Department (LAPD) on its annual Walk the Talk, a celebration of the people who live and work in Skid Row.
The day began at noon at the Skid Row History Museum & Archive, with a parade led by Torrénce Brannon and his Everything with Soul Band and performances telling the stories of the year’s honorees.
