Walk a Mile for Malcolm

A day of signature gathering on People Street, in front of the Vision Theatre, collecting support from property and business owners for co-naming a five-mile segment of Crenshaw Boulevard as Malcolm X Boulevard.
The program: signature gathering from 10 AM, a press conference at 11 AM, guest speakers through the afternoon, and a 4 PM concert featuring Torrénce Brannon-Reese and the Everything with Soul band.
