The 9th Annual I’ve Known Rivers Film Festival of Arts, Culture & Education was held November 20–21, 2020 at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall. The theme was Radical Reconstruction: A Change Has Come, and the keynote film was the award-winning Mr. Soul!
Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti recorded a video message to open the festival, and California Senator Dianne Feinstein sent her congratulations.
