3rd Annual Da Root: Mentoring 2 Save a Generation Youth Conference

Presented by FA-MLI in collaboration with Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, the 3rd Annual Da Root youth conference set out to empower young people and foster a culture of healing in the community.
Breakout sessions explored the nine critical life themes of the Da Root curriculum (spirituality, culture, career, education, economics, politics, health, family and personal responsibility), with participants developing personal nine-point plans, before closing remarks from founder Torrénce Brannon-Reese.
