Seating is limited, reserve your tickets today

Join us for the 1st Annual Malcolm X Human Rights Breakfast hosted by FA-MLI, Inc. This year’s event will take place on May 13th at ‘Fixins Soul Kitchen’ in Downtown Los Angeles, and will honor former NBA legend, Mayor of Sacramento, and successful entrepreneur Kevin Johnson for his contributions to underserved communities.

The breakfast is being held as part of FA-MLI’s Malcolm X Legacy project, which includes an annual festival dedicated to the late human rights leader, as well as an effort to have a street named after him in Los Angeles. The breakfast is the only event of its kind held in the city of Los Angeles, making it a historic occasion that celebrates the life and legacy of one of the greatest human rights leaders of all time.

Attendees can expect to enjoy delicious soul food, live music, and a Malcolm X exhibit. In addition, there will be solidarity statements from political representatives and community leaders, as well as a few words from our honoree, Kevin Johnson.
