FA-MLI hosted the 1st Annual Malcolm X Human Rights Breakfast at Fixins Soul Kitchen in Downtown Los Angeles, honoring former NBA legend, former Mayor of Sacramento and entrepreneur Kevin Johnson for his contributions to underserved communities.

Part of FA-MLI’s Malcolm X Legacy Project, the program featured soul food, live music, a Malcolm X exhibit, and solidarity statements from political representatives and community leaders.
