New Orleans, Da Soul of America Tour 2023

FA-MLI’s annual Da Soul of America tour to New Orleans, October 11–17, 2023, celebrated the contributions of people of African descent in the Southern region while supporting FA-MLI’s youth and human-interest programs.
The itinerary took in legendary eateries like Dooky Chase and Commander’s Palace, the French Quarter, a Mississippi River cruise and the Whitney Plantation, and the tour was part of a documentary on Black culture spanning New Orleans and Los Angeles.
